From quote to delivery, we keep things straightforward. Here's exactly what to expect when you order with MDM Gear.
Fill out our contact form or reach out directly with your logo, garment type, quantity, and any decoration details. The more info you share, the faster we can get you an accurate quote.
We'll prepare a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo or design will look on the product. Nothing moves forward until you're happy with it and give us the green light.
Once the mockup is approved, a partial deposit is required to kick off production. We source your garments and begin decoration — embroidery, heat transfer, patches, or whatever your order calls for.
Every order is reviewed before it leaves our hands. We check stitching, placement, colour accuracy, and overall finish to make sure everything meets the standard your brand deserves.
Your completed order is ready for pickup or we can arrange delivery. Final payment is collected at this stage. We serve Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, and the broader GTA.

There is no strict minimum — we work with small runs and single pieces. That said, pricing per item does improve with larger quantities, so we're happy to give you a breakdown at different quantities so you can choose what makes the most sense for your budget and needs.
Standard turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks from artwork approval, depending on the product and quantity. Rush orders are available — just let us know your deadline when you reach out and we'll do our best to make it work.
For embroidery, a DST or vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) works best. For heat transfer and printing, a high-resolution PNG or vector file is ideal. Don't have a print-ready file? No problem — we offer vector conversion as a service. Just send us what you have and we'll let you know what's needed.
Yes! Rush orders are welcome. Availability depends on our current schedule, so the sooner you reach out the better. Contact us with your deadline and we'll let you know if we can accommodate it and what the rush pricing looks like.
In some cases, yes. We prefer to source garments directly so we can guarantee quality and consistency, but if you have specific items you'd like decorated, get in touch and we can discuss whether it's a good fit for your project.
